New Dental Clients

The team at Future Health Dental Centre is here to meet your medical and dental-related needs. We look forward to welcoming you to our clinic!

Getting Started

When you walk into Future Health Dental Centre for your dental appointment, you’ll be warmly greeted by our team. You can fill out the necessary new patient forms, then have a consultation with your dentist. They may take X-rays or pictures of your mouth as needed. Then, we can leave the dental chair and sit in a comfortable environment to discuss the pictures and any issues we’ve identified.

You’ll be given all possible treatment options. We support you in whichever you choose, always leaving the decision solely up to you. You can book in for future appointments if you decide to with no pressure from us. This appointment takes about an hour.

Nervous Patients Welcome

If you feel anxiety about visiting the dentist, we have options for you. Intravenous (IV) sedation and oral sedation are both available. Those with a higher anxiety level may be interested in general anaesthetic, which means you’ll be unconscious while your procedures are performed. If you’re interested, speak with your dentist and they’ll go over all your option with you.

Payment Information

There are several ways available to cover the cost of your dental treatment:

  • Health funds. We accept all health funds and are preferred providers for HCF and NIB. We have HICAPS for electronic claiming, so you can use your card quickly and easily to claim your benefits.
  • Medicare. The Child Dental Benefit Schedule covers $1,095 in dental services for children every two years. We bulk bill for this programme.
  • Veterans’ Affairs and dental vouchers. We bulk bill for these forms of coverage, including if you have a Medicare Teen Dental Plan Voucher.
  • Payment plans. We offer interest-free, six-month payment plans. We’re partners with zipMoney and will give you more information at your consultation if you’d like to know about it.
